Why do I need a Magicalized Portrait?
Everyone who commissions a Magicalized Portrait has a different reason, and we love all of them! Here are some reasons from current and past clients:
- To own a beautiful piece of original art from an up-and-coming Artist that is personal and truly one of a kind.
- To have something that is stronger than a "vision board", in order to see my hopes, dreams, passions, and intentions of who I am becoming all fully realized in a stunning full-color work of art.
- For a unique gift for my children to see themselves later in life, and all my wishes for them at an early age.
- For a wedding or engagement gift to a magical couple!
- To learn more about myself, because I'm worth it, and be reminded of the beauty within me and outside of me.
- To see myself surrounded by magical symbols of strength and health and derive energy from these symbols in order to continue my path towards a vibrant, healthy state of being.

How does the process work?
Ordering your own Magicalized Potrait is both fun and simple! The process is very informal, and relaxed. Gene-Manuel is a very open, non-judgmental, and warm individual. He is comfortable with anything you'd like to share with him and will keep all your information confidential.
- To get started, first contact Gene-Manuel here: gene-manuel@gene-manuel.com, and let him know you are interested in being magicalized. We encourage you to include any specific information you may already have in mind for your portrait.
- Gene-Manuel will discuss deposit details and any other business in regards to the commission at this time.

- If the portrait is for you, Gene-Manuel can help you select a photo, or you can simply send the one you have chosen. High resolution photos are preferred, but Gene-Manuel will work with whatever you'd like to use.
- Next, is a private consultation* with Gene-Manuel to help develop what will soon be the inspired symbols that will surround you in your Magicalized Portrait.
- This is usually done via e-mail where you will be asked a series of questions all having to do with you!
- These answers inform and help populate the portrait. The more information you give, the more Gene-Manuel will have to work with in the creation of the piece.
- The creation process is very organic and each portrait has brand new symbols of it's own. However, every Magicalized Portrait contains the Artist's special Dream Symbol. It is Gene-Manuel's own personal creation and unique signature. Read more about the Dream Symbol here: Dream Symbol
- Gene-Manuel will let you know the time-frame and logistics for receiving the finished portrait and answer any questions you may have during the email, in person*, or telephone consultation.
*Some locations in NYC may be arranged, subject to scheduling and availability
